Your computerized report with photos will be emailed to you and your agent or printed on site. You also receive a 220+ page Uniform Building Inspection Report Manual. This manual explains the conditions found, how to repair those conditions, guides you on what type of contractor you need to repair those conditions and also explains the components of you home. The average inspection time is 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours.
