Sacramento Area Home Inspection Prices.
You may have noticed that I put pricing last on my website pages. That is because while this is a concern it should not be the main reason why you chose a Home Inspector. So many times the first question buyers ask "How much do you charge for a Home Inspection"? The first question should be why should I select you to inspect my new home? The correct answer should inclued:
1. What are your qualifications, credentials and experience? (How long have they been performing Home
Inspections and what type of related experience do they have?)
You can see part of my quaification by pressing the Resume Button.
2. What type of report is given and does it include photos?
I have Sample reports located under the Services Button.
3. Can I accompany you during the inspection?
Yes! And you get to ask all the questions you need answered. This takes a little longer but it is part of

my services.
4. Will you take the time to explain the report to me at my new home?
As long as it takes. I am there to provide you with information about your new purchase.
5. What do I do if I have questions after I receive the report?
You can call me the next day, next month, or next year. I am your Home Inspector for life.
6. Are you a full time or part time inspector?
I started doing full time Home Inpsections in 1995.
7. Do you belong to a trade orginization such as the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA)
and is it legally certified in California with valid testing standards?
I hold the rating of Master Inspector with CREIA. That is their highest rating.
8. Does that orginization have a Standards of Practice reconnized by the State of California?
Yes
9. Do you carry Liability and Errors and Omissions insurance?

My fees are based on square footage, age, occupancy (single family or multi family,) and foundation type (a raised foundation takes longer to inspect than a slab foundation.)
