You may have noticed that I put pricing last on my website pages. That is because while this is a concern it should not be the main reason why you chose a Home Inspector. So many times the first question buyers ask "How much do you charge for a Home Inspection"? The first question should be why should I select you to inspect my new home? The correct answer should inclued: 1. What are your qualifications, credentials and experience? (How long have they been performing Home Inspections and what type of related experience do they have?)
