ARC FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER

FREDERAL PACIFIC MAIN ELECTRICAL PANELS

These electrical panels were built between the 1950s and the 1980s. This is a case of older is not better.  These panels have been called a fire or shock waiting to happen.

REPAIRING ALUMINUM WIRING

Aluminum wiring in the 110 volt circuit started in 1965 and ended in the mid 1970's.  Aluminum wiring in the 110 volt system (plugs and lights) has been know to cause fires.  As a former Sacramento area firefighter I have been on several of these fires.  As a Sacramento area Home Inspector I have found outlets as hot as 188 degrees.
